"When you wake up in the morning, dear child, Think about the work that lies ahead, for a while. Why feel dissatisfied and grumble with dread, When you have important things to do instead? Were you made to lie in bed and keep warm all day? Or were you made to work and play? Look at the little plants, the birds, the ants, The spiders, the bees, all their incredible chants. They all work together, each with their own part, To put the universe together, with a loving heart."

Zero to One for babies
"Once upon a time in a land called Market Kingdom, there were two kinds of businesses: the gentle and kind Monopolist Munchkins and the sneaky and cunning Competitive Chameleons. Now, these two groups told fibs about themselves to be on the good side of the powerful rulers of the kingdom.
Monopolist Munchkins hid their true power and greatness because they didn't want to be bothered or attacked by others. They pretended to be small and weak to keep their amazing profits safe. Imagine Monopolist Munchkins as a group of very talented artists who painted only one-of-a-kind, unique rainbows. They made everyone in the kingdom happy but told them that they were just ordinary painters to avoid jealousy and trouble. On the other hand, Competitive Chameleons talked about themselves as if they were a one-of-a-kind group that could do things that no one else could. But in reality, they were all in a big ocean, often doing the same things and fighting one another to be the best. "
Zero to One for Grandparents
"Now, let's imagine we're setting up a bakery. The key question we ought to ask is: what kind of unique twist can we add to make our bakery truly stand out? Serving up a great pie isn't enough; you also need to get noticed and attract customers. It's the difference between having an ordinary bakery lost among a sea of competitors and having a bakery that people come to from miles around just to taste your signature creations. In business, you can either work in a field where everyone's fighting over the same pie, or you can find a way to use your distinctive talents and ideas to create something special that no one else can offer. Sure, there's plenty of fancy talk in textbooks about perfect competition and monopolies, but the reality is less complicated: do you want to dance with the same steps as everyone else, or choreograph your own unique performance?"
